Terms of Service
These terms explain how CTRON Loop is offered, how the BYOK model works, what customers are responsible for, and the rules that apply when using the product.
Last updated: June 21, 2026
1. What CTRON Loop is
CTRON Loop is a subscription software product that helps users run business tasks with AI grounded in their own company knowledge. The service includes account management, workspace setup, document and spreadsheet uploads, task execution, saved loops, usage tracking, and billing.
The current product is designed for individuals and small teams. It is not sold as a managed consulting service, legal service, financial service, or custom AI hosting arrangement.
2. Account and workspace responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account or workspace, including the content you upload and the outputs you request.
- You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with security, availability, rate limits, or another user's workspace.
3. BYOK provider model
CTRON Loop uses a bring-your-own-key model for task execution. You connect your own supported AI provider keys, and task usage is processed against your provider account rather than billed by CTRON Loop as AI usage.
You are responsible for complying with your chosen AI provider's terms, usage limits, and pricing. If your provider key is missing, invalid, revoked, or over quota, parts of the service may not function.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the prompts, files, company profile details, and other content you submit to the service. You give CTRON Loop the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that content so the product can operate.
You must only upload or process content that you are entitled to use. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or highly regulated content unless you have independently confirmed that the service is appropriate for that use.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use CTRON Loop to break the law, violate intellectual property rights, harass others, spread malware, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark abusively, or bypass billing, authentication, workspace isolation, or provider-key controls.
- Do not represent AI output as professional advice without appropriate human review.
6. Billing, renewals, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions unless otherwise stated. Plan limits, current pricing, and usage allowances are shown inside the product billing area.
You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from the billing page. When you cancel, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or remove features to keep the service secure, lawful, and maintainable. We may also update these terms from time to time.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every third-party provider, or error-free AI output.
8. Disclaimers and liability
CTRON Loop is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your use case and should be reviewed by a human before reliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTRON Loop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to CTRON Loop for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or use the service in a way that threatens the platform or other users.
You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel paid plans through the billing portal. Deleting an account or workspace may remove access to stored data and history.
10. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
